SPOTLIGHT: Max Hutchinson

Max Hutchinson is a student at Mt. Lebanon High School. Max is the Co-Founder of the Jewish Teen Advisory Council (J-TAC). Max explained, "J-TAC was founded in response to a UJF study that highlighted the lack of communication and cooperation among the Jewish youth chapters of our community." J-TAC consists of three things; hold monthly meetings for teen leaders, coordinate and promote community wide events, and maintains a website with resources for Pittsburgh's Jewish teenagers. Max hopes that "J-TAC increases the number of successful, city-wide events for Jewish teens and helps Jewish teens stay involved in their community." Max, an avid Steelers fan, enjoys Fantasy Football and listening to Led Zeppelin.
